Position：Assistant Chief Engineer

Job description：

1、Assist the chief engineer in coordinating and answering technical issues related to scientific research (including project initiation, small-scale and pilot testing), production, quality control, and product development in the R&D company and various production bases；

2、Application and implementation of innovative research and development projects；

3、Patent application and company intellectual property construction；

4、Coordination and implementation of foreign scientific and technological cooperation；

5、Coordinate with the International Marketing Department on the company's research and development, production technology issues, and market promotion work。

Job requirements：

1、Doctoral degree with basic knowledge in biology, chemistry, or medicine；

2、Having experience in microalgae or microbial research or cultivation；

3、Serious, down-to-earth, and proactive in work, with a serious attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and a spirit of teamwork。

4、Good English foundation, able to communicate fluently in English。

5、Priority consideration will be given to those with experience in applying for projects at or above the provincial level or with a study abroad background in developed European and American countries. Master's students with project application experience or a study abroad background in developed European and American countries may be considered。

Salary range：13K-20K
