On December 12th, the 2021 National Conference on Promoting High Quality Development of Guizhou by Strong Private Enterprises and the 2021 Guizhou Business Conference were held in Guiyang. At the meeting, a signing ceremony for key investment projects was held, and 20 representative and leading projects were signed on site.
This conference is supported by the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, hosted by the People's Government of Guizhou Province, organized by the Guizhou Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Guizhou Investment Promotion Bureau, and co organized by the China Women Entrepreneurs Association, the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce Women Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce, the Guizhou Guizhou Chamber of Commerce, and Evin Holdings Co., Ltd.
Since the beginning of this year, Guizhou has thoroughly implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during his inspection of Guizhou. With high-quality development as the overall plan, Guizhou has focused on the "four new" and "four modernizations", vigorously carried out industrial investment promotion, actively connected with national excellent and strong private enterprises, accelerated the transformation of negotiation results, and reached 774 signed projects with an investment amount of 312.027 billion yuan, covering modern energy, modern commerce, new building materials, basic materials, modern chemical industry, ecological characteristic food, advanced equipment manufacturing, health medicine, pigs, characteristic forestry, big data, big tourism and other industries. Among them, the investment in industrial projects amounted to 2018.16 billion yuan.
The conference selected 20 representative and leading projects for on-site centralized signing, with an investment amount of 61.58 billion yuan. Among them, there are 4 in Guiyang city with a contracted investment of 11 billion yuan; Two cities in Zunyi, with a contracted investment of 15.77 billion yuan; Two cities in Liupanshui, with a contracted investment of 3 billion yuan; Two in Anshun City, with a contracted investment of 5.5 billion yuan; Two cities in Bijie, with a contracted investment of 7.21 billion yuan; Two cities in Tongren, with a contracted investment of 2.67 billion yuan; Two in Qiandongnan Prefecture, with a contracted investment of 1.47 billion yuan; Two in Qiannan Prefecture, with a contracted investment of 12 billion yuan; There are two Qiannan prefectures with a contracted investment of 2.96 billion yuan.
Seizing Guizhou is seizing opportunities, investing in Guizhou is investing in a better future. At the meeting, Ma Lei, Director of the Department of Commerce and Director of the Provincial Investment Promotion Bureau of Guizhou Province, made a project recommendation to promote the Guizhou Province Industrial Investment Promotion Project to private entrepreneurs.
